Terms of Use

1. Using the site

You may use the site to learn about our programs, find events, contact us, and buy from our shop. Please don’t:

• break, overload or try to get around the site’s security;
• send false information, spam, or anything unlawful or abusive through our forms;
• copy the site or its content for commercial use without our permission.

2. Leagues, the Circuit and registration

Event details on this site (dates, cities, venues, divisions and fees) are provided for information and can change. The event’s registration page on Sketchplay is the final word on fees, divisions, deadlines and waivers. Registering and paying happen on Sketchplay under its terms, and each event may have its own rules and waiver.

Circuit stops are $600 per team per stop, or covered by a season fundraising Level. Teams must compete in at least 4 Circuit events to qualify for the National Championship. Level 2 and Level 3 goals are for a 10-player roster; each player above 10 adds $150 for shoes and uniform.

3. Fundraising

Fundraising runs on FRYP under FRYP’s terms. A fundraising goal covers the fees and benefits described for that league or Level once it’s met. Donations are made to FRYP fundraisers, not to Grassroots directly, and whether they’re tax-deductible depends on FRYP and the donor; ask your tax adviser.

4. Shop orders

When our shop is open:

• Prices are in US dollars. Sales tax and shipping are calculated at checkout, along with a processing fee shown before you pay.
• Orders are processed and fulfilled by FRYP LLC on behalf of Grassroots. Payments are handled by Stripe, and your card statement will show FRYP.
• We ship within the United States, including Puerto Rico and military (APO/FPO) addresses. Orders usually ship in 5 to 7 business days.
• Items are subject to availability. If something sells out after you order, we’ll contact you and refund that item.
• For a Team Pack, the coach is responsible for the player names, jersey numbers and sizes entered; gear is made and shipped as entered.
• Returns and exchanges: our return and exchange policy will be posted here before the shop opens. Until then, contact us about any order.

5. Our content and trademarks

The site’s content, including text, photos, videos, logos and the Big Baller Brand Grassroots name and marks, belongs to Grassroots or its partners and licensors. You may share links to our pages, but please don’t reuse our content or marks without permission.

6. Other websites

The site links to other services, such as Sketchplay, FRYP, FRYP TV and social networks. We aren’t responsible for their content or practices, and their own terms apply.

7. Disclaimers

We work to keep the site accurate and available, but it’s provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. Sports carry a risk of injury; participation in any event is governed by that event’s waiver and rules.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, Grassroots and its partners aren’t liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the site. Our total liability for any claim about the site or a shop order is limited to the amount you paid us for that order.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Louisiana, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. When we do, we’ll change the date at the top of this page. Using the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
