Privacy Policy
Last updated October 19, 2026
This policy explains what Big Baller Brand Grassroots (“Grassroots”, “we”, “us”) collects through bigballergrassroots.com, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Some things you do from this site happen on our partners’ websites: registering and paying for leagues and Circuit events happens on Sketchplay, and fundraising happens on FRYP. Their own privacy policies apply there.
1. What we collect
When you contact us. The contact form asks for your name, email, phone number, city, the topic and your message. We use it to answer you.
When you order from the shop (once it opens): your name, email, phone number, shipping address and what you ordered. For a Circuit Team Pack, the coach also enters each player’s name, jersey number, jersey size and shoe size, which we use only to make and ship that team’s gear. Card payments are handled by Stripe; we never see or store your card number.
Automatically. Like most websites, our server keeps basic logs (such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you visit) to keep the site secure and working. If you choose a light or dark theme, or add items to your bag, that choice is saved in your own browser, not on our servers.
Analytics and advertising tools. We may use Google Analytics, the Meta Pixel and the TikTok Pixel to understand how people use the site and to measure our ads. These tools use cookies or similar technology and collect information such as the pages you view and the device you use.
2. How we use it
- To answer your questions and route them to the right person (a league director, the Circuit team, or partnerships).
- To take, ship and support shop orders, including Team Pack gear.
- To run and improve the website, and keep it secure.
- To understand which pages and events interest people, and to measure our marketing.
- To meet legal, tax and accounting requirements.
4. Children
Our leagues are for young athletes, but this website is meant for parents, guardians and coaches. We don’t knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13. A player’s registration is completed by a parent or guardian on Sketchplay. The only player details entered on this site are the names, numbers and sizes a coach enters for a Team Pack, used solely to make and ship that team’s gear. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, contact us and we’ll delete it.
5. Your choices
- You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings.
- You can opt out of Google Analytics with Google’s opt-out browser add-on, and manage ad settings in your Meta and TikTok accounts.
- You can ask us to tell you what personal information we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it. Depending on where you live (for example California), you may have additional rights, including to opt out of the use of your information for targeted advertising. Email us and we’ll respond within the time the law requires.
6. How long we keep it
We keep contact messages for as long as we need them to help you. We keep order records for as long as tax and accounting rules require. Server logs are kept for a limited time for security.
7. Security
The site runs over an encrypted connection (HTTPS), and payment details go directly to Stripe. No method of sending or storing information is completely secure, but we work to protect yours.
8. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the program and the site change. When we do, we’ll change the date at the top of this page.
